Scope
These terms govern plastic fabrication, machining, rental and installation services supplied by Avenir Plastique. The public site has no online shop; work proceeds against an accepted quote.

Quotes and orders
A quote describes the part, material, lead time and price. The order is binding on written acceptance and any stated deposit. Prices are in euros, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise (standard van shower: €980 excl. VAT, installation included).
Payment, delivery, warranties
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be due on order and the balance on delivery or installation. Lead times in the quote are indicative. Legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects apply under French law.
Bespoke parts made to the customer’s specifications are not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period for off-the-shelf distance sales.
