Father-and-son plastic fabricators

Plastic fabrication needs precise cutting, hot bending and hot welding, matched to the material. Since 2015 Avenir Plastique has built plexiglass, PVC and engineering-plastic parts to custom briefs. Trained first as joiners, then in plastics, we opened the workshop in Seine-et-Marne.

One shop covers one-offs, prototypes and small runs. We cut, hot-bend and hot-weld to the use and the polymer — no moulding, injection or printing.

Material follows use. Rigid PVC for technical rooms and welded assemblies. PMMA (plexiglass) when clarity and look come first. PE and PPH when chemical resistance matters — isolators, labs. We pick by function, not by a catalogue default.

A simple spec: environment, expected clarity, chemicals if any, shape, how it should join. That is enough for us to make the right part with the right process.

We regularly work for national names — Aquarium de Paris, Beauval Zoo, La Rochelle Aquarium — and for scientific practices (lab fittings, nitrogen boxes).
